AP 25TH ANNIVERSARY

This winter, Absolut Park celebrates its 25th anniversary! What began as a hobby among school friends has evolved into one of the world’s most popular and innovative snowparks.

In 1997, Seppi Harml and his friends launched the first kickers at the Frauenalm lift. Despite challenges in a ski racing-dominated region, the first "Boarder Park" was established in the winter of 1997/98. By the third season (1999/2000) after relocating to the Hubertus lift, the park grew significantly – and thus, Absolut Park was born.
